48V battery charger input AC voltage 220V, 380V, for DC rated voltage of 48V battery pack charging. It is mainly for charging 48V rated voltage battery pack to meet its charging needs.

Our 48V battery charger generally charges electric forklift battery pack, most of the 48V chargers are charged at DC60V or so, and are charged in a three-stage charging mode, which is divided into constant current, constant voltage, and small current until shutdown. In the first stage, the 48V battery pack has strong acceptability, so it is charged with high current and constant current. In the middle stage, due to the increase of battery storage, the battery's acceptability decreases, so it is charged with constant voltage mode and the current decreases gradually, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of overcharging and avoid the shedding of active material of both poles of lead-acid battery. At the end, the battery will be charged in the form of trickle current until the battery is full, and finally it will stop automatically or turn to floating charge. Scientific and reasonable selection of charger and correct charging are important conditions to ensure battery performance and prolong battery life.

The charger has a high degree of automation and integrates automatic detection, constant current, constant voltage and float charging technology into the whole charging process, and the charging method is scientific and reasonable; it is suitable for charging various large and medium capacity acidic and alkaline batteries, and also suitable for centralized series charging and initial charging of battery packs and for unattended workplaces.
